£17,550 - £21,060 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £9.00)

Contracted up to 45 hours

You must be able to work flexibly on a shift rota basis

Job Role

Supporting individuals with complex and challenging needs in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Person Specification

Relevant experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.

The Service

Longbridge Road is a five bed converted house over two floors. It has a large communal kitchen and lounge, and a good sized garden where residents can relax and enjoy. There is a range of shops and good public transport links close by.
