37.5 hours per week
£16,520 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £8.47)

You must be able to work on a shift rota basis, including sleep ins, some weekends and bank holidays

Job Role
Supporting individuals with complex and challenging needs in all aspects of daily living, including personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Person Specification
Experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.

The Service
Hulse Avenue is a five-bedded bungalow in Collier Row that operates on a 24 hour basis. The homes features a large communal kitchen and a lounge/dining room where residents can relax. There is also access to a bright garden with a patio area and furniture for outdoor living. For those who are travelling by public transport, there are great transport links close by.
