£16,520 per annum(pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £8.47)
You must be able to work flexibly covering a mixture of early and late shifts, some sleep ins, alternative weekends and bank holidays
Supporting one woman and two men with learning disabilities in all aspects of daily living, including personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
Experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.
Doyle Gardens - situated in North West London is a Supported Living Service for people with Learning Disabilities. The scheme houses three people in single occupancy bedrooms. This attractive home also has a large kitchen and dining room, a utility/laundry room, two bathrooms with toilet, one shower room with toilet and a bright, airy reception room. People we support also enjoy use of a large rear garden complete with patio, fruit trees and a sensory garden.
