Support Workers - Greenwich
£16,520 per annum(pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £8.47)

Supporting individuals with complex and challenging needs in all aspects of daily living, including personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
Relevant experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You will need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.
Kemsing Road - located in Greenwich is a short break service, catering for up to eight service users. Kemsing Road is located close to local amenities including Westcombe Park station, bus stops and a large supermarket. Our residents have the opportunity to take advantage of the leisure and cultural activities offered on the North Greenwich peninsula and in historic central Greenwich.
