£16,520 per annum(pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £8.47)

30 - 37.5 hours per week

You must be able to work flexibly, on a shift rota basis, including alternative weekends and bank holidays

Job Role

Support individuals with complex and challenging needs in all aspects of daily living, including personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Person Specification

Experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You will need to be able to work on a shift rota basis, be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.

The Service

Our Supported Living Services in Dagenham cater for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. Each service supports between five and eight people. All provide 24-hour care, offering personalised support. All services are within close proximity to transport links and local shops.
