An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to join our team at our Learning Disability services in Romford. You will work on a shift rota basis, supporting individuals with all aspects of their lives.
Relevant experience is not essential: applications welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.
Peel Way is a Supported Living Service in Harold Hill catering for up to six people. The home features a large communal kitchen and a lounge/dining room where residents can relax. There is also access to a bright garden with a patio area and furniture for outdoor living. For those who are travelling by public transport, there are great transport links close by, including Harold Wood rail station.
Neave Crescent is a Supported Living Service for 19 tenants with learning difficulties. The service has 8 individual flats on the ground floor and 9 individual flats on the second floor with lift access. There are two large modern kitchens on both floors where tenants are supported to prepare their meals. There are two large living rooms and two smaller chill-out rooms. There is a bright garden area with garden furniture and a large accessible car park for visitors.
