Flexible patterns of work
Our Managers understand that work is not your only commitment and so will always try and accommodate individual needs.
We have our own in-house Outlook Care Bank (OCB) You can sign up to OCB and work flexibly to suit your availability. Contracted staff can also work extra shifts via OCB. All OCB workers receive the same training as permanent staff.
Annual leave (inc Bank Holidays)
This starts at 5.6 weeks and rises each full year until it reaches 6.6 weeks
(6.6 weeks rising to 7.6 weeks for senior roles).
A discretionary shopping voucher is given to those staff who have completed a full year of attendance.
